Embracing and harnessing change allows us to live our best life possible. Changing oneself is perhaps the most rewarding of all... it can also be the most difficult. But you don't have to do it alone. I have over 10 years of clinical and administrative experience in the human services field. I've worked in a variety of settings with a diverse array of clients who face challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, and life changes.
I approach the therapeutic relationship from a Person Centered perspective, meaning I prioritize authenticity, empathy, and genuine care. Therapy is a collaborative endeavor; we work together toward your goals. I utilize a variety of treatment methods depending on your needs. Some examples include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing.
"The most difficult thing is the decision to act, the rest is merely tenacity." - Amelia Earhart
