Deciding to begin therapy is an intentional step toward change. You want to feel better or “normal” yet you’re not really sure what that looks like.  When our mind, body, and spirit are out of alignment we have less tolerance for the world around us.  I believe the first step towards healing is to identify how the you are functioning from a biological-social-psychological- spiritual perspective. My approach is to encourage you to explore the perfectly imperfect you, in a safe collaborative space.  My clients are motivated for change and accept both being challenged and celebrating their progress. My role as a therapist is to support and walk along side of you during this time of discovery.

I am a Licensed as a Mental Health Therapist by the state of Washington. I received my Master’s in Integrated Behavior Health, and a Certificate of Addiction Studies from the University of Minnesota. My therapeutic approach is integrative with a primary focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.   I currently work with adults over 18.  My clinical experience is in the treatment of anxiety disorders, trauma/PTSD, depression, and substance use disorder. My specialty is in the treatment and study of trauma and substance use disorder. I am a certified Prolonged Exposure Therapist, trained in EMDR therapy, and I have completed Level 1 Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. I am also a certified run coach with a strong belief in the power of movement to reduce symptoms, increase free flowing conversation, and improve mood. I offer run walk therapy for those interested in a new approach. I have experience in Christian integration which is offered upon client request.  For more information about me visit my website at
