Lisa Post, MPS, LMHC
Deciding to begin therapy is an intentional step toward change. You want to feel better or “normal” yet you’re not really sure what that looks like. When our mind, body, and spirit are out of alignment we have less tolerance for the world around us. I believe the first step towards healing is to identify how the you are functioning from a biological-social-psychological- spiritual perspective. My approach is to encourage you to explore the perfectly imperfect you, in a safe collaborative space. My clients are motivated for change and accept both being challenged and celebrating their progress. My role as a therapist is to support and walk along side of you during this time of discovery.
