We all have those days where the racing thoughts keep us up at night and we feel like we aren't good enough. I know how hard this can be, and I want you to know you are not alone. Asking for help is easier said than done and if you've made it this far, you've taken a huge step in the right direction.
I am passionate about working in the mental health field and offer a non-judgmental space to allow time for you to discuss what's on your mind. Through my own experiences, I believe having the chance to self reflect and talk through life's difficult moments can give us a greater understanding of our relationship with our emotions.
I provide individual therapy sessions to adults, 18 years and older. I offer a calm, confidential environment to promote trust and healing during our time together. I enjoy working with clients who are motivated to change and believe the right therapist can help promote the best results. With my experience, together, we can identify and create a plan to work within your areas of interest. Whether it’s working through trauma, anxiety, or a difficult time, you get to choose what we discuss.
I have a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and have over 8 years experience working in the mental health field. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I utilize a holistic approach as well as evidenced based practices to better support you with your goals. With experience working within EDMR, CBT and Mindfulness frameworks, we will work together to make the best individualized treatment plan for your needs.
