Erika St. Peter, MA, LMHC
I am a licensed therapist with a practice focused on helping individuals work through struggles that are keeping them from not being able to move forward. I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 2008 from Seattle University. I received my Master of Arts degree in Pastoral Counseling from Seattle University in 2013. I have since worked in community mental health working with severely mentally ill individuals.
My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, non-judgmental and trusting environment for the therapeutic process to happen. My approach to therapy is person-centered. It is important for me that you feel that you have a say in the therapeutic process. I also use Cognitive Behavioral therapy and Motivational Interviewing. I believe that it’s important that you have a say in what you want so that you can the most out of your experience. I hope that you will allow me to help you provide peace and calm in your life.
