Bridgette Jeffries, DNP, ARNP, FPMHNP
I am doctorally prepared from the University of Washington and a board-certified Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (FPMHNP). In addition, as a nurse of 30 years, my experience covers a broad spectrum of providing a multitude of services to individuals and families from all walks of life and economic backgrounds. As a board certified FPMHNP, I am certified to provide services to clients from birth throughout the life span, who are dealing with emotional and mental health disorders. My practice focuses on providing services from the adolescents’ years throughout the life span.
Specialized services include performing comprehensive psychiatric diagnostic evaluations; providing evidence-based medication management; supportive therapy for individuals, caregivers, and supportive therapy as a life coach to clients requiring theses services.
Honesty is my primary approach to establishing an effective therapeutic relationship with you. My focus is client-centered which entails collaborating with you and identifying together the best approach for a safe and effective treatment plan. A treatment plan that will benefit you and enhance healing, strength, growth and dignity.
Through my 30 years of experience, I understand that we all arrive at a place by different routes, rather it be biologically inherited, environmentally induced, or socially related. Through collaboration we will identify and address your holistic self, which will direct us together in identifying a treatment plan that may also enhance a lifestyle that promotes overall wellness as well as address your emotional or mental concerns. Treatment plans may consist of but are not limited to, supportive psychotherapy, medication management, and life style changes.
I look forward to meeting and assisting you where you are in your journey to finding your place of wellness.
