THERAPY APPROACH

In addressing a client’s mental health questions and/or concerns I take into account the entire person — the mind and body are interwoven, not parallel to one another.  The client’s health needs are explored followed by a collaboration with the client to develop then implement a plan that effectively and efficiently addresses the identified health needs.  For the purpose of clarity, while being seen by me at Mindful Therapy Group, I take into account the client’s physical health, but only treat the mental health.
