Overview
I am passionate about helping individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, interpersonal or relationship problems, low self-esteem/low self-worth, and trauma.
Everyone is at a different stage of healing from this world, and it looks different for each person. My initial goal is to establish safety within the therapy space and explore how an individual might establish safety with themselves. I utilize several strengths based and trauma informed approaches, as no two people are the same!
