My ideal client has learned to be good at life on the outside, while feeling internally exhausted by the effort it takes. They may feel like moving through the world takes more than it seems to for others. Exploring this can lead to depth, creativity, resilience and growth waiting to be understood and tended to.

I bring a depth psychology lens, integrating awareness, narrative, somatic awareness, and the healing power of nature. My background in trauma, neurodiversity and identity means I recognize adaptive brilliance where others might see pathology. I'm far more interested in who you are than what you've been told is wrong with you.
