While none of this may be easy, your well-being is worth the effort! My goal as a psychiatric provider is to help patients develop coping mechanisms that ease stress and trauma while building resilience, curiosity, and compassion.

My practice focuses on individualized treatment plans, tailored to your strengths. To help you achieve your goals, I utilize comprehensive assessments, medication management, and therapy. Whether you’re seeking diagnostic clarity or beginning your journey of self-discovery, I’m passionate about supporting you every step of the way.

I have worked in health care since 2010 and feel privileged to have advocated for patients from all walks of life. My experience spans public health work for King County, cardiac care and chronic disease management, and terminal illness support at Fred Hutch Cancer Center. I earned my BSN from Bellevue College and my MSN from Frontier Nursing University. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with friends and family.
